Expect these rates to drop significantly as the inventory of rentals continues to grow due to the vast amount of failed condo projects in the Sloop, e.g. Lexington's entire inventory is about to go rental.

These seem a bit on the high side. I've found rents around the $1100-1300 range as well.

I think it needs to be noted that private rentals in condo buildings go for considerably less. Some of this is because they are in older buildings. I'd say $1300 is the going rate for a decent 1bd.

I've looked at all of these buildings and The Roosevelt Collection is by far the nicest of all of the buildings. From the common areas, to the finishes to the views the collection is one gorgeous place!

That's about you'd pay for to own a 1-bedroom place in these parts including property tax. Investors who rent out at $1100 either have no mortgage or they're losing positive cash flow.
