Regardless of how you feel about high rises in the South Loop, it's interesting to hear developers talk about decisions and rational about their buildings. About 2:30 they start talking about the views from the lake being unaffected forever...which is completly false! What about the Gateway project by Fogelson which is going to start at 14th next to Soldier Field? When these buildings start..bye bye lake views from 1400 Michigan!!
