I just wanted to give you a heads up on a zoning change and a great shift to our south loop housing market. CMK is developing both 1333 and 1345 S Wabash. The smaller of the two buildings will be a 15 story with 144 condo's, with the second high-rise now becoming condo's instead of another rental building with a doorman and fitness center; 33 stories and 307 units.
Prices will be coming soon, but a nice change in increased inventory of condo sales again for the south loop instead of more rentals. This is a sign of the housing market gaining momentum.We're not real estate experts, so we're not going to speculate if this is good or bad. However, from an aesthetic standpoint a building here will definitely be better than a overgrown empty lot.
