Today we feature a nicely appointed condo in one of our favorite buildings in the Sloop - 1020 S. Wabash. This corner unit looks spacious, has the loft feel many desire and has nice character pieces with big windows and unique shapes throughout the unit:
The unit isn't cheap for 2bd/2bth at $399K (and an additional $30K for parking), but this building has always seemed to command a premium.
