I just wanted to give your readers a heads up, Comcast is starting their controversial data cap program in the South Loop and other areas of the Chicagoland. Under this new program, if you use more than 1TB of data in a month, because you stream TV via services like Netflix and Amazon Prime, you could be on the hook for up to $200 in overage fines.
This goes against the spirit and letter of the FCC ruling last year that declared broadband internet to be a utility, preventing them from being able to limit their service in this way.
