Retail Rumors...A little South of the Sloop

We've been told there are two retail moves going on a little south of what we consider the Sloop:

The Wine Consortium is moving into the Retail portion of the Motor Row Lofts.

Currently, they are tucked on the side of 23rd Street off Michigan Ave.

They are having a Grand Closing event this Saturday, Jan 23rd.

Also, a friend of Sloopin recently mentioned that there was a new restaurant going in at 26th and State. Not sure about the place though, we did a couple quick searches but couldn't find much. Keep your ears and eyes open!
