Free H1N1 Immunization Clinic
When: Saturday January 23rd, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: Old St. Mary's Catholic Church,
1500 S. Michigan Ave.
The Chicago Department of Public Health is offering free H1N1 vaccines to all 2nd Ward residents at Alderman Bob Fioretti's request. If you have not yet been immunized and wish to be - come out to Old St. Mary's this Saturday!
