A reader sends us this picture of Solar Panels on Old St. Mary's School and writes:
A neighbor whose kids go to that school gave me more details about the solar panels. It's a 10kW array, should power 10-20% of school. They received a grant to install them (from Illinois Solar Schools Program, sponsored by Illinois Clean Energy Community Foundation). Nice to see some green initiatives in our neighborhood!(Hat tip: VM!)
