It appears that there is some demolition work being done in the old Sam's space - does anyone have an update?
We went by last week in the morning and noticed some men working on something as well. It doesn't look noticeable different in our opinion (so maybe it was just standard upkeep), but since there is a lot of interest in this space, does anyone have an update?
As many of you probably remember we posted about a rumor in regard to Trader Joe's coming to this space, but as of today we haven't heard anything more on this topic.

Yes. Didn't you hear? They're opening a "high end restaurant" AND a Trader Joe's in there!

ReplyDeleteNothing is going on here. Please stop speculating. The ads are still in the windows trying to lease the space out. There is nothing happening until at least those are gone
