Stay away from this building, or anything that has New West Realty/New West Construction’s name on it! I recently bought in this building, and have nothing but regrets. I am considering forfeiting the first time home buyer tax credit and putting this thing back on the market. The so called “property manager” Christina, shows blatant disregard to the concerns of the residents…that is until she sells you on the unit.<br />I recently heard that 1555 Wabash was going to be on the Do it Yourself Network. Hmmm…makes sense considering that you have to do everything yourself if you want a habitable living space.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1167519580792566980.post-82861337418042764032009-04-24T09:28:00.000-05:002009-04-24T09:28:00.000-05:00Our guess is that the assessments will already be ...Our guess is that the assessments will already be baked into the monthly rent.Sloopyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03513112726608015138noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1167519580792566980.post-59531408035811061682009-04-24T07:55:00.000-05:002009-04-24T07:55:00.000-05:00I wonder if the renters are going to be stuck payi...I wonder if the renters are going to be stuck paying the assessment fees because that would: (1) suck and (2) make that building one of the most expensive in the neighborhood.Mehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08393770994056298973noreply@blogger.com
