Being from a team sports mindset, I am used to working out with a team, the group aspect here really works for a full hour of intense exercise. Their system of "no machines, no mirrors and no shoes" has brought my body back in a way that I actually enjoy. The exercises feel natural and you are affecting more than a single group as you would with machines. I am working muscles that I would never effect in a traditional gym. My wife is a physical therapist and she is sending patients there for post-therapy. I suffered 3 back injuries and this is strengthening my core to where I no longer need a back brace. I am so happy that I can exercise like the monkeys do, it really works!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1167519580792566980.post-35302230044560669232011-04-13T22:31:52.496-05:002011-04-13T22:31:52.496-05:00this is such a scam. why pay money for "natur...this is such a scam. why pay money for "nature" exercises when you can run, jump and climb outside. <br />don't be a sucker.jennymatthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02629133482227469962noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1167519580792566980.post-78862317306785626312011-04-13T12:44:34.509-05:002011-04-13T12:44:34.509-05:00I have been a member since it opened. I was at the point where running and going to the traditional gym did not excite me too much and the weight was going up as a result. I needed a kick start and this place has done it. I am finishing up the 60 day challenge and then doing a year membership for sure!Snairnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1167519580792566980.post-23549268499533092682011-04-13T11:17:11.770-05:002011-04-13T11:17:11.770-05:00I am currently a member and can recommend MBG. Membership is a little pricey but I think it is worth it given the people that I have met and the team atmosphere. It's a lot cheaper then personal training and just as effective in my opinion.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06357532275432786483noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1167519580792566980.post-499800765129226322011-04-13T10:11:47.361-05:002011-04-13T10:11:47.361-05:00I've walked by a couple times, and I've ne...I've walked by a couple times, and I've never seen them using the equipment.
