I know it’s been a mild winter up until the last few days and a rough year for ski slopes around the country, but I didn’t expect to see the Chicago Park District making snow on the city’s sledding hill.
i don't understand the relevance of Anon 5:45 comment to the post. we pay taxes to the park district and the park district provides public recreational services such as the one shown. it's not too hard of a concept to grasp. the city's budget deficit doesn't have anything to do with it. the park district's budget is balanced.
