That's Blue Moon a $50MM yacht owned by Dick Duchossois (part owner of Arlington Race Track and Churchill downs). It showed up this year around 4th of July and has been in and out of Burnham since. A few weeks ago he apparently took a couple bus loads of Vets out which is pretty cool.
