They are a great way to see a city. I rented one in Vienna and had a great time and saw much more of a historic city then if I had been hoofing it. We went wherever we wanted, no chaperons. City of Chicago will not allow Segway to rent with out guides.
I totally want to take a segway tour of Chicago sometime. It's a bit pricey but I'm sure it's worth it.

ReplyDeleteGroupon just had a special offer on the segway tour. I think I paid $45/ticket. Sometimes Groupon repeats offers so may be worth signing up for.
